Order information
Our order system is easy and self explanatory: simply click on order and follow the instructions. You can pay:
- Online by credit card
- By phone and by fax with a credit card
- By mail with a credit card, money order or check.
In all cases, you please use our online form to select items, calculate totals with shipping and specify the shipping address. Our order system is 100% secure.
Step by step:
1. Select items
Start by searching the online catalog and select items. You can select the products categories from the left panel or follow the links from the main page.
Click on the buy button. In some cases, you must select options like paint color. Click and you will see a new page showing the contents of your shopping cart. From that page, you can continue shopping and select more items, change quantities, cancel or checkout.
2. Change quantity
When selecting a new item, the shopping cart will register one unit but in many cases, you will want to order more than our basic unit: several yards of fiberglass, several gallons of resin etc.
In that case, select the change quantity link.
You can also remove an item by clicking on Delete.
Totals are recalculated automatically.
3. See shipping costs:
To calculate the shipping costs, we need your address. Click on Checkout and enter your name and address on the next form. Please use a valid email address.
We do not resell or distribute customer information.
If you visited us before, the server will remember your information.
Click on Checkout again to see your total with shipping.
If you decide not to buy at this time, simply leave the shopping cart and browse other web pages. We leave the items you selected in your shopping cart for one week. If you return within one week, your shopping list will be waiting for you.
4. Checkout:
If you agree with the total, click again on Checkout to select a payment method. You will be transferred to our secure web site.
All transactions are processed on our e-boat.net secure server.
See our secure payment form here and move your mouse over the security seal at the bottom right then click.
We use 256 bit encryption and haven't experienced one case of fraud in 7 years and 30,000 transactions.
There is a 100% guarantee: you will not be charged if we do not deliver the items you ordered.
5. Payment:
We offer four payment methods but all require to click on the appropriate button. If you do not click, your order will not be recorded.
- To pay online by credit card, select the credit card option, enter the information and click on order. Your order will be processed within a few hours.
- To pay by phone or fax with a credit card, select that payment method and click on order. Call the number listed on the form (772-770-1225) to finalize the order.
Please do not call without filling the form with your name and address. Over the years, several shipments were lost or delayed because of mistakes made over the phone. - To order and pay by mail, select that method and click on order. Mail your check or money order to the address on the form.

6. Order confirmation and follow-up:
After selecting the payment method, you will see a page with your temporary invoice.
You can print that page for your records.
You will also receive an email with a copy of your temporary invoice and an order number.
If you have questions about your order, please reply to your order confirmation email.
Exchanges and refunds:
If for any reasons you want to return your order, please email by replying to your order confirmation.
All returned items must be in perfect unused condition.
The buyer must arrange and pay for the return shipping.
The trade-in or refund value is the price you paid minus our original shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge, no exceptions.
The shipping cost will be the real cost and may be higher than what is listed at the web site.
