About Us: E-Boat, based inVero Beach, FL, operates several on-line stores including bateau.com, boatbuildcentral.com, plywood.e-boat.net, boatplans-online.com and bateau2.com. Through these on-line and retail locations we sell boat plans, kits, and composite building materials. We have 2 warehouses at the same location from where all our material orders are shipped. For over a decade E-Boat has built a reputation for offering the best support for amateur boat builders and “do–it-yourselfers” repairing/rebuilding old boats. We are taking this level of support and applying it to engine installations. Before starting E-Boat, Jacques Mertens was a major dealer for another diesel manufacturer where he oversaw the installation of hundreds of diesel engines. His work has also included designing many engine installations for Tiara-Pursuit and Cigarette. Whether it’s a re-power or new installation- you will receive detailed drawings and installation notes, full exhaust/cooling kits, drive train kits, ventilation/aspiration calculations, propeller specifications, engine alignment templates, etc….
