Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they are in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email orderdesk@boatbuildercentral.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship your item securely in its original packaging to:

Shipping & Handling

• Unless an item is defective or damaged, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• If the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly, we will provide and reimburse return shipping.
• For returns exceeding $75 in value, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that refunds are only processed after return receipt.

Processing Time & Refunds

• Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding your refund or exchange status.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your credit card company or bank.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their digital or custom nature:

• Plans
• CNC Kits
• Paint & paint additives
• Electrical components
• Custom-built accessories

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges through our return portal.
• If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund, then place a new order through our website.
