$75.00 – $110.00
Description
In the ’60s, DIY magazines often showed boat plans for plywood on frame and houseboat plans seemed to be very popular. The topsides were typically vertical to maximize interior volume and to make building easier. We asked designer Emile Ajar to draw a small boat in that style but for stitch and glue. The design goal for the HB’s was simple: a maximum of boat for a minimum of construction difficulty. The result is a small vacation home on the water; The results are the Houseboat 16, 18, and 20.
