Description

This reducer may be used with both Quantum two-part epoxy primers (Quantum 45 surfacing and Quantum HB high build) to achieve desired film thickness and appearance when applying primer by spray, brush, or foam roller. Though not normally necessary, it may be used to reduce by up 10-20% by volume of the mixed primer.
